Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued only if the Consultant cancels the project or fails to perform the services as defined in this Agreement.

Eligibility: The Client may request a refund only under the conditions described above. Dissatisfaction based on subjective outcomes or preferences does not, on its own, warrant a refund.

Timeframe for Requests: Any request for a refund must be submitted in writing within fourteen (14) days of the issue arising. Requests submitted after this period may not be considered.

Type of Refund: If approved, the refund amount will reflect the portion of services not rendered or deliverables not provided. Deposits and payments for completed milestones are non-refundable.

Process for Request: Refund requests must be made via email, include a description of the issue, and reference the relevant project or agreement.

Resolution Process: Before issuing a refund, the Consultant reserves the right to attempt to resolve the concern through reasonable revisions, clarifications, or corrective actions.

Exceptional Circumstances: In cases of mutual agreement to terminate the engagement, the Consultant may provide a prorated refund based on the percentage of work completed at the time of termination.
